Routine Food Safety Inspections
We will duplicate a routine food safety inspection that the health department would conduct. Some of our focus areas will be time and temperature, food storage, cross contamination, personal hygiene, employee behaviors, chemical usage and storage, handling and storage of utensils, pest control and much more.

ServSafe Manager Training
Get your ServSafe Manager Certification through us. Whether you want an instructor led training class, or just to order the books to study on your own time, we have you covered. We can proctor your exam either way. Managers are required to have their Manager card within the first 60 days of hire and they are good for 5 years

Food Handler and Alcohol Training
We offer ServSafe instructor led courses and materials for all your employee training needs. All employees need to have their food handler card within the first 60 days of employment, and they are good for 3 years.
